we actually did it.
after months of underwriting.
many many phone calls, faxed papers, and long hours.
(all of which cory did. can i just say that my husband rocks, like seriously ROCKS)
we finally got our home.
OUR PERFECT FIRST HOME!
it is sooo cute!
now i can't wait to actually live there!
yes you heard me right. . . we are not living in our newly bought home.
sad huh.
underwriting didn't like that for the past year we haven't had any bills (except a cell phone)
i guess they wanted proof that we could pay bills on time.
anyways, because of this we had to put 20% down on our home instead of 10%.
yikes.
there goes our savings.
so we had no choice but to stay in bethel for the next 6 months or so to rebuild what was
BUT
even with all the blah of not being able to live there
we are still so proud to have reached our goal of purchasing a house after one year in bethel.
it was hard. but now that our baby will have a place to grow up it is totally worth it.
i still can't believe cory can get his arms around me and my big ol' pregnant belly.
this is a picture of our backyard and the awesome view from it.
my internet is being super slow, i will put more pictures up soon.
Oh my gosh Ang, I LOVE IT! It's beautiful! Does that mean you are staying in Bethel, though? So confused. And you are lucky that cute kid you are holding doesn't belong to you...I panicked and would have came through this computer and smacked you if you had your baby and I didnt know! You look so darn cute!
ReplyDeleteI laughed to myself when I saw the top of Cooper's head in the family room pic. So funny!
